A multi-level transport interchange is being built on the territory of the “Sulutepe circle” in the Binagadi district of Baku. This information was provided by the State Agency for Highways of Azerbaijan.
According to the information, the junction consists of two overpasses. The overpasses will allow residents of Balajar, Binagadi, as well as Shamakhi and settlements located in the indicated direction, to move freely to the capital without creating traffic jams.
Thus, congestion and delays observed on the ring, especially during peak hours, will be completely eliminated.
