Today, Karabakh carpets and embroidery based on carpet composition are preserved and exhibited as the most valuable and rare pearls among the works of art of collectors and museums in many countries of the world. In order to demonstrate these pearls to virtual users, the Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F. Akhundzade has prepared an online exhibition “Karabakh Carpets”.
The virtual exhibition reflects the oldest carpets of Karabakh, their classification, visual images and a brief history. The exhibition is presented in Azerbaijani and English.
