The head of the local and regional roads department of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads Ilham Suleymanov said that the construction of Zefer Yolu (Victory Road) was 80% completed.
According to him, on the 51st kilometer of the road, earthworks have been fully completed, an asphalt pavement has been laid on a section more than a kilometer long: “There are 4 bridges on the 101.5th kilometer of the road, and 75% of construction work has been completed on 3 of them.”
