President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation of the six-lane Zengilan-Horadiz highway with a total length of 124 kilometers.
It should be noted that, on the instructions of the head of state, the implementation of several road projects has begun in the territories liberated from the occupation, which are being successfully continued. These projects will play a very important role in the socio-economic development of the regions and villages liberated from the occupation. From this point of view, the Zengilan-Horadiz highway is also of strategic importance.
