The International Culinary Festival, organized by the Azerbaijan National Culinary Association (ANСA) and dedicated to Karabakh cuisine, will be held in Shusha from August 10 to 15, 2021.
Tahir Amiraslanov, the president of the ANCA, the head of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center, announced this.
Teams are invited to participate in the festival, which will consist of 5 people (captain + 3 cooks + 1 cook). Applications are accepted until June 1, 2021.
