On November 6, the Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency (ASTA) Fuad Nagiyev met with the Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Wadu Junichi.
During the discussions, the parties exchanged views on the signing of an agreement between the relevant travel agencies of the two countries, the organization of a study trip to Azerbaijan for Japanese travel companies and media representatives, as well as the opening of charter flights.
The meeting also discussed the exchange of information and experience on measures planned to restore tourism in the post-pandemic period.
