The Regional Center for Eurasia of the Youth Forum of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) located in Baku launched the international project “Karabakh – the heart of Azerbaijani culture”.
The goal of the project is to carry out international educational work in connection with the fact that Karabakh, liberated from the Armenian occupation, is an integral part of Azerbaijani culture and history.
At each stage of foreign youth, intellectual questions about the cultural and historical heritage of Azerbaijan in Karabakh will be presented interactively.
