In order to expand part of Sabit Orujov, Nizami, Mehti Mehtizade, and May 28 streets and intersect these streets with Yusif Safarov street, the State Agency for Highways continues reconstruction work.
As part of the work, an unused railway bridge was dismantled at the intersection of M. Mehtizade and May 28, and the carriageway on the site of this street is expanded from two to four lanes. In areas where the streets of Sabit Orujev, Nizami, Mehti Mehtizade, and May 28 intersect with Yusif Safarov Street, reconstruction work is ongoing to create a new road junction.
