The Commissioner for Human Rights of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, prepared an interim report on religious and historical monuments of architecture, which were seriously damaged as a result of rocket attacks by the Armenian armed forces of the city of Ganja.
The document contains facts gathered on the spot in the course of monitoring carried out in the Imamzade complex and the Orthodox Church of Alexander Nevsky, which suffered from a missile strike.
The report contains a call to take serious measures to bring the Armenian state to international legal responsibility for committing national, moral and religious terror, destroying historical, religious and cultural monuments and committing war crimes that grossly violate human rights and freedoms.
The document was sent to international organizations, national human rights institutions, as well as to various religious communities and denominations.
