In order to ensure the development and targeted use of reserves, as well as to increase their tourism potential, a “Reserve Management Center” has been established under the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency.
In connection with the approval of the Charter of the Center, the powers for the management of state reserves under the jurisdiction of the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency were transferred to it. Accordingly, the relevant provisions have been included in the statutes of the Khinalig State Historical, Architectural and Ethnographic Reserve, Keshikchidag State Historical and Cultural Reserve, Ateshgah Temple State Historical and Architectural Reserve and Yanar Dag State Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve.
