28 Mall Shopping Center (Mall 28) located in the heart of Baku, adjacent to the city’s largest underground and overground rail stations, at the intersection of Beybutov and Fizuli streets. The total area of the Mall 28 shopping center is 65,700 square meters, of which 23,000 are leased to shopping facilities.
The model of 28 Mall Shopping Center was originally developed by a team of professional designers of shopping centers, and interior decoration was carried out according to the leading international architectural practice Broadway Malyan. The facades are decorated in accordance with the architecture of other famous buildings located nearby according to classical standards.
The designer of Mall 28 is Pasha Construction LLC, whose portfolio includes such large projects as PORT BAKU MALL, GANJLIK MALL, AMBURAN SHOPPING CENTER as well as hotels, restaurants, residential complexes, business centers, etc.
Project control as well as construction control was carried out by Mace International.
High-voltage power lines laying and connection to the power substation Internal Power Supply was carried out by IMA Energy

On the fifth floor of the Mall 28 is the 28 Cinema – the largest cinema in the country in terms of seats (2013). 28 Cinema offers Barco’s next-generation projectors based on state-of-the-art Enhanced 4K technology, as well as 3D Xpand glasses. 28 Cinema consists of 6 halls, including the PLATINUM MOVIE SUITES hall. The cinema features Blackberry Restaurant and Cappuccino coffee house.
28 Mall Shopping Center has proved immensely popular with local shoppers and now attracts over 1 million visitors per month.
