According to the official information of the State Statistics Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, in 2019 approximately 415,900 tourists arrived in Nakhchivan, which is 84.1% more than in 2009.
In Nakhchivan, a number of important steps have been taken to develop tourism. The geographical location of the autonomous republic, a unique climate, fauna, and flora, cultural and historical monuments contribute to the further development of tourism.
