“In April of this year, compared to the same period in 2019, the number of foreign tourists coming to Azerbaijan decreased by 92%,” said the head of the press service of the State Tourism Agency, Kanan Guluzade.
K. Guluzade emphasized that, despite the ongoing pandemic, work is being done online to not lose foreign markets that are a priority for Azerbaijan. He cited the markets of China, Russia, France, Turkey, and other developed countries as an example.
