Russian and Turkish investors are attracted to the new tourism and recreation complex “Nerekend” being built in the Pirallahi region of Baku. This was reported by the Executive Power of the Pirallahi region of Baku.
A number of works have already been completed in the Nerekend Tourism Center: “The total area of the complex is more than 50 hectares, construction is being carried out on an area of 23 hectares. In the beach area, many works have already been completed; on the coast, along the perimeter, reinforcement works have been carried out with a length of four thousand meters and a height of 1-2.5 meters. Wetlands have been drained on the territory, the seawater area has been cleared of waste and metal structures, and road infrastructure has been created.
