The initiative to open a completely new, unique and at the same time practical, in spite of its not very large, Shopping Center in the social and working center of Baku belongs to ISR Investments Co, a member of the ISR Holding group of companies.
To implement this ambitious project, in the spring of 2006, a three-month in-depth market research was conducted, based on which the main concept, mission and design of Nargiz shopping center were determined.
The total area of the Nargiz shopping center is 7500 square meters. Nargiz Shopping Mall Baku covers three floors with 40 shops, 2 cafes (Le Cafe on the first floor and Dalida on the third), and two restaurants (McDonald’s on the first floor and Dalida on the third). According to the concept, on the ground floor of Nargiz shopping center there are shops that can interest customers with a variety of goods that are in great demand. These are accessories, watches, mobile phones, perfumes.
On the second floor there are sectors of women’s, men’s and children’s clothes, shoes and bags. In view of the large consumer demand, as well as a wide range of goods, the most spacious floor of the center is allocated for this.
Meanwhile, on the third floor, in addition to the restaurant and cafe, under the dome, there are nine jewelry sections.
In the Nargiz shopping center mainly products of famous brands are presented, as well as several foreign brands first introduced in Azerbaijan as: Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka, New Look, Zippy, Quiz, Oysho, STRADIVARIUS, Massimo Dutti, La Sensa, Second cup, Bijuteri, Jimmy key, Collezione, VR club, 2Go outlet, Sergent Major, Aldo, Aldo accessories, Charles&Keith, FG4, Dalida kafe and other.
