The number of foreigners who entered our country last year amounted to 791,983 people. This is 0.5 percent less than by 2020. This was stated by the head of the State Migration Service Vusal Huseynov.
In 2021, 32.6% of tourists came from the Russian Federation, 25.0% from Turkey, 15.8% from Iran, 7.9% from Georgia, 2.2% from Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates, 1.2% from UK, 1.1% from Saudi Arabia.
