The Association of Travel Agencies of Azerbaijan has developed guidelines that will regulate the activities of travel companies during the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
According to the organization’s press service, travel agencies should place information boards at the entrances to offices, provide citizens with hygienic napkins, protective masks, and medical gloves, as well as measure body temperature with a thermometer. In addition, signs should be installed inside the office to indicate social distance, the social distance between staff and citizens, customer service should be provided behind protective glass partitions, and the company should ensure that staff wears protective masks and gloves.
In addition, it is recommended that payment for services provided by a travel agency be made only through a POS terminal.
