Preparations have begun for the construction of the Patriotic War Memorial Complex and the Victory Museum. Military equipment captured from the enemy during the Patriotic War has been delivered to one of the main avenues of Baku – Nobel Avenue.
On the free territory between the avenue and the boulevard of the “White City” a new park will be laid out, where a museum and a complex will be erected, the construction of which has already begun. The captured military equipment will be demonstrated to residents and guests of Baku in the open air.
