The terms of the special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan have been extended until 00:00 on July 1. This was reported in the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the country. As noted in the message, this decision was made taking into account the analysis of the current sanitary and epidemiological situation, the number of COVID-19 infections in recent days, and the dynamics of the spread of the coronavirus.
In addition, in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as to minimize its possible consequences, from 00:00 on June 14, 2020, to 06:00 on June 16, 2020, in Baku, Ganja, Lankaran, and Sumgait, Absheron, Yevlakh, Ismayilli, Kurdamir and Salyan regions a strict quarantine regime will be introduced.
