The head of the traffic organization department of the Baku Transport Agency (BTA) Tarlan Safarov said this.
“Currently, as part of the work carried out in this direction, an international consulting company has been invited to analyze parking issues. In general, parking management is one of the important factors of the city’s transport infrastructure. Because it affects both the activity of entrepreneurs and congestion. Today, parking in Baku is free, so there is a problem of congestion, ”T. Safarov said.
