Various activities are being carried out by the Baku Transport Agency (BNA) to create order around the area “20 January”, where traffic conditions are chaotic. According to BNA Press Secretary Mais Agayev, the project was developed and submitted to the Road Safety Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers to regulate traffic and eliminate traffic jams.
