A specific “black tourism” will be organized in the direction of Jebrail, Fizuli and Aghdam in order to demonstrate the consequences of the Armenian occupation.
This was stated by Kanan Guluzade, head of the public relations and media sector of the Azerbaijan State Tourism Agency, speaking about the future of this sphere in the territories liberated from occupation.
“These areas have the potential to receive 10 million tourists. In addition, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora living abroad show great interest in the region, which is millions of people. They will want to see Shusha – the cultural capital and symbolic Mecca of Azerbaijan. New communication opportunities are also being created for foreign tourists. In particular, for Iranian visitors – from Khudaferin, and for tourists from Turkey – through Nakhchivan, ”K. Guluzade said.
